I LOVE this coffee but was disappointed in the service! When I ordered it, it was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. A week, then 10 days came and went without hearing a word from them about the delay. I emailed them and while they were quick to get back to me, I had to be the one to initiate contact. Seems there was some problem with them getting it from the manufacturer, which I understand but they should've reached out to me as soon as they found out there was a problem and there would be a delay in them shipping it to me! That's just bad customer service, leaving me waiting and wondering where my delicious coffee was!
