I love Naviera coffee however I never received my order. I made multiple email requests for assistance and never got a response from you. I ended up cancelling payment.

The coffee is great. I have a low rating because I've been trying for weeks (over 5 emails sent) to talk to a customer service representative about augmenting my order. There is no "button" or way to edit in the settings of my account. There's no phone number on the website and the only way to "reach" customer service is through email on the website. I've been waiting for 3 weeks! And still no response.
