I have had the pleasure of having the Tortuga rum cake while visiting the Grand Cayman. After 30 years I found a box of the same thing in an airport gift shop in Orlando, Florida. Not as saturated as what was in Grand Cayman but still really tasty. I found these online and YUM! The three pack are cakes about the size of a large muffin. The taste is spot on. And the price is fair. You won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!
